Chairman of the Board of Directors
Erol Atakan, the founder of Ermataş Ltd. and a Certified Public Accountant (FIAB), began his professional career in the financial sector. Between 1972 and 1983, Erol Atakan held critical positions such as Accountant, Manager, and Director at the Turkish Cooperative Central Bank of Cyprus. He brought this extensive banking experience to the private sector in 1983 by founding Ermataş Ltd. He continues to serve as the founding shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ermataş Ltd. and its sister company, İpekay Ltd., maintaining over four decades of strategic leadership. He is married and the father of two children.

Sales & Marketing Director
After completing her education in Business Administration, Güldal Atakan Özler began her career at Ermataş from the ground up and has taken an active role at every level of import, marketing, and sales operations. She has played a key role in expanding the company’s market share and shaping its brand vision, and currently serves as the Sales and Marketing Director. She is also a shareholder and director of İpekay Ltd. She is married and a mother of three children.

Finance Director
Çağdal Atakan, a graduate of Business Administration, is responsible for Ermataş’s financial sustainability and strategic planning processes. Serving as Finance Director, he plays a key role in preserving the company’s equity structure and maintaining its financial discipline for the future. As a second-generation representative of the family, Atakan holds an important position within the management team.

Sales Manager
Areas of Responsibility: Sales Strategies: Leads the determination and achievement of sales targets within the Nicosia Headquarters and manages the overall coordination of sales teams. Portfolio Management: Responsible for developing relationships with individual and corporate clients and overseeing the entire sales process. Sales Operations: Ensures the efficiency of overall sales operations by managing the performance of sales representatives.

Accounting and Finance Manager
Financial Management: Manages all financial processes and cash flow of the company in compliance with TRNC legislation. Audit and Compliance: Oversees the auditing of balance sheets, trial balances, and financial statements; coordinates tax and statutory declaration processes. Financial Strategy: Provides strategic reporting to senior management on budget planning and cost management.

Trade Manager
Areas of Responsibility: Bulk Project Management: Manages bulk sales processes for hotels, contractors, and large-scale construction projects, and coordinates tender and proposal preparation stages. Import Operations: Oversees all foreign trade and import processes of the company, ensuring the integration of global brands into the Ermataş portfolio. Operational Coordination: Responsible for the overall management of goods receiving, inventory control, warehouse supervisors, and logistics teams in the Lefkoşa and Haspolat regions.

Branch Manager – Ermataş Famagusta Branch
Areas of Responsibility: Regional Sales and Target Management: Leads the achievement of sales targets within the assigned region and manages branch sales representatives. Branch Inventory and Warehouse Management: Responsible for monitoring branch inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring stock efficiency. Regional Delivery Coordination: Coordinates local distribution processes and warehouse operations within the region to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Branch Manager – Ermataş Kyrenia Branch
Areas of Responsibility: Regional Sales and Target Management: Leads the achievement of sales targets within the Kyrenia region and manages the branch sales team to ensure performance and growth objectives are met. Branch Inventory and Warehouse Management: Oversees stock control, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization, ensuring efficient and reliable stock flow. Regional Delivery Coordination: Manages and coordinates local logistics and delivery operations within the region to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products.

Parquet Installation Unit: We provide professional installation services exclusively for the parquet product group through our specialized installation team. HSE and Total Quality: We ensure a safe working environment through regular occupational health and safety (HSE) training for all staff and full compliance with ISO processes.
